Septem Secreta

Septem Secreta results from a research on the topic of family and family secrets. As secrets are often kept in order to uphold a good name and façade, the members of this family of vases share a secret in order to appear flawlessly round to the outside. An odd deformation on their spheric bodies enables them to sit in the wooden base. Once taken out of the family base, this deformation stables them, preventing them from tilting. A seemingly unaesthetic weakness thus becomes the shared essential foundament of all family members.
